5 min walk you will find all historic attractions of Krakow. The main square is about 7 min walk, Kazimierz - the Jewish district is about 15 min walk, Wawel - the castle is about 15 min walk. Other historical places like Auschwitz are 40min by car and Wieliczka - the salt mine about 30 min.
